Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for clients
- Assisting customers in selecting the right type of flowers to fit their needs
- Ensuring flower arrangements are fresh and up to standard
- Maintaining and monitoring stock levels of floral products in store
- Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a florist shop preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about flowers; must have creative ideas when it comes to flower designs
