Machine Operator (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of all machinery and equipment used in the production process. This includes monitoring and controlling processes, setting and adjusting machine parameters, troubleshooting issues that arise, and completing preventive maintenance on machines as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude combined with experience in an industrial setting.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Experience with different types of machinery and tools used in manufacturing
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery
• Good understanding of safety protocols when operating machines
• Working knowledge of process control systems and quality control standards
• Ability to read technical instructions and diagrams
• Excellent physical condition and coordination
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is preferred but not required
