Position: Business Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1300 QAR/Month

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
- Monitor market trends and anticipate changes in consumer demand
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Prepare financial plans and budgets
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders (clients, suppliers etc.)
- Monitor competitors’ activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a business manager or similar role
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
