Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to achieve our growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to work with minimal supervision while driving results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, competitive activities and potential for new products/services
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with prospects
• Analyze data from various sources including customer feedback surveys and financial reports
• Monitor performance against goals and take corrective action when needed
• Develop relationships with key customers and influencers
• Establish pricing strategies that maximize profits while maintaining competitive levels of service
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proven success in a sales role
• Ability to think strategically and analyze data effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
We are open to considering applicants from abroad who possess the necessary qualifications. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700 Qatari Riyal per month.
