Job Summary
Land Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1700 SAR
We are looking for a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries and other topographic measurements of land and buildings. This includes the calculation of area, volume, topography and other characteristics of land parcels using advanced surveying equipment. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Land Surveying or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in the field of land surveying, preferably in the Middle East region
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as AutoCAD software
• Working knowledge of GPS systems and other relevant survey tools

Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately measure the physical features of terrain using survey equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Prepare detailed plans, maps, reports, computations and legal descriptions of surveyed areas • Analyze data collected to produce drawings or maps depicting the results of surveys • Offer advice on land boundary issues such as boundaries between two tracts of land or between public roads and private properties • Assist in preparation of legal documents such as deeds or boundary agreements when necessary
