Job Description

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping out the land and ensuring accuracy of measurements. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants, with a salary of 900.

The ideal candidate should have experience in surveying land using various techniques, including GPS systems, GIS software, aerial photography, and field data collection. They should also be able to provide accurate analysis of survey results and determine exact boundaries of properties or other land areas.

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate maps and other documents from surveying data
- Inspect properties to make sure boundaries are correct
- Maintain records of all survey findings
- Utilize GPS technology and GIS software to design maps
- Collect data from field surveys using aerial photography
- Analyze survey results to calculate exact boundaries of properties or other land areas

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering/Geomatics/Geodesy or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge on using GPS systems as well as GIS software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to interpret survey results precisely
- Exceptional mathematical skills with strong attention to detail
