We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh! This is a great opportunity for an immigrant who has no experience.

Job Description:
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys on construction sites. This includes supervising and performing measurement activities, analyzing data, and preparing reports. The Surveyor will also be responsible for working with other professionals in the industry to ensure accuracy and safety.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collecting data on construction sites through various methods such as surveying, remote sensing, aerial photography, and GPS technology.
• Analyzing collected data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Compiling survey reports that contain detailed information about the measurements taken and recommendations based on the collected data.
• Working with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of measurements and safety of personnel on the construction site.
• Ensuring that all survey equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Following all safety guidelines while working on a construction site.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field.
• Experience in surveying or related field is preferred but not required.
• Skilled in using survey equipment such as Total Stations, GPS systems, laser levels etc.
• Ability to read drawings accurately and interpret them into actionable survey plans.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as local zoning ordinances and building codes is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
