We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of cuisine, including but not limited to menu development, staff organization, and food cost control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a wide range of dishes that meet high-quality standards. They should be able to work with our team of chefs and kitchen staff to create new and innovative menu items, as well as maintain traditional recipes. They will need to plan menus that are financially viable and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly on a daily basis. They should also be able to provide guidance and assistance to junior chefs and other kitchen staff when required.

The successful applicant must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. They should also demonstrate strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. A keen eye for detail is a must, as is a passion for food. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; however relevant qualifications are beneficial.

This position offers an attractive salary of 1700 riyal per month with the potential for further growth within the company. We are open to considering applications from candidates who may require sponsorship or relocation assistance from abroad if necessary.
