Expected Qualifications:
To be successful as a Restaurant Manager at our restaurant in Dubai we are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. At least two years' experience in managing restaurants is preferred but not essential for this position. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have a good understanding of food safety regulations as well as knowledge of computer systems such as POS systems.
