Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, ordering and inventory control, and financial oversight.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also have previous experience in a similar role managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating staff performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and policies
• Develop operating procedures for all areas of responsibility such as food preparation & presentation, order taking & delivery processes etc.
• Monitor and maintain food quality standards by regularly inspecting ingredients and preparation methods
• Ensure efficient inventory management by developing cost effective strategies to reduce wastage or losses due to spoilage or theft
• Prepare annual budgets to ensure the restaurant is profitable while meeting quality standards
• Create marketing plans to promote restaurant services/events/specials etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience managing a restaurant required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
