Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1200 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in the management of a restaurant and should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations, including scheduling, menu design and development, financial management, and staff training. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with customers. The Restaurant Manager should have excellent communication skills and should possess the ability to motivate staff in order to meet targets.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a restaurant manager in the UAE or an equivalent country. Knowledge of local laws, regulations and best practices is essential. The ideal candidate should also possess good problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
