Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work well in a high-pressure environment. We are open to considering candidates from abroad and are willing to offer a salary of 1500 AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff and ensuring quality and efficiency of service. You should be able to effectively manage customer complaints, while maintaining a professional attitude towards staff and guests alike.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing all staff members.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met at all times.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels for food items and supplies, ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and other applicable regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality industry desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to multi-task while keeping an eye on details.
