Our Doha-based restaurant is looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen staff in producing high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, creating menu items, training staff, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

The ideal applicant should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a restaurant setting. They should also possess excellent culinary skills and an ability to develop creative new dishes while staying within budget. A strong understanding of current food trends and food safety regulations is also preferred. The Chef will be expected to work with the front of house staff to ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience.

The Chef must be able to multi-task and manage their time efficiently while ensuring that all meals are prepared according to company standards. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, as the Chef will be in charge of managing other kitchen staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. The ability to work well under pressure is also required as this role involves dealing with high-pressure situations on a daily basis.
