Barista job vacancy in Sharjah UAE


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Barista to join our team in Sharjah. We offer a salary of 1100 AED, and we are willing to consider an immigrant.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. They should be professional and courteous when interacting with our customers, as well as have an understanding of the coffee-making process. The ideal candidate should be creative and know how to prepare a variety of coffee drinks. Knowledge of food preparation is also desirable.

The primary duties for this position include serving customers coffee drinks according to their request, cash handling, and cleaning of equipment and work areas. Additional duties may include stocking shelves with supplies, preparing foods such as sandwiches or pastries, restocking ingredients, operating machines, maintaining records related to sales and inventory control, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, providing customer service assistance when needed, and other tasks assigned by management.

No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right person. However, we do prefer candidates who have some knowledge or experience in the foodservice industry.
