Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Orthodontist to join our team in Dubai with an attractive salary of 1400. This role will involve a wide range of duties including patient assessments, orthodontic treatment planning, orthodontic appliance fabrication and fitting, orthodontic adjustments and monitoring the progress of patients. The successful candidate should be able to provide professional advice on the most suitable treatment options for patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of an Orthodontist is to diagnose, plan and provide treatment for malocclusion (improper bite) in order to correct misaligned teeth or jaws. This includes assessing the patient’s mouth, teeth and jaws; taking x-rays; presenting treatment plans; fitting orthodontic appliances; making adjustments as needed; monitoring patient progress; counseling patients on oral hygiene techniques; providing information on preventive care; keeping detailed records of treatments and progress; maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must be a qualified Orthodontist with at least 2 years’ experience in the field. They must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with different types of people. An in-depth knowledge of dental anatomy is essential along with good problem solving skills. Being up-to-date on the latest developments in dentistry is also desirable.

Education and Experience
Applicants must hold a Bachelor Degree in Dental Science or equivalent qualification from an accredited university/college along with two years’ relevant experience as an Orthodontist. A valid license from Dubai Health Authority is also necessary for this role. We are happy to consider applicants with no experience who meet all other criteria mentioned above too.
