Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in the luxurious city of Dubai. You will be responsible for managing, training and developing our wine cellar, providing accurate and knowledgeable advice to customers on wines and beverages, as well as ensuring top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1300. We are open to consider foreign candidates for the position.

Needs for Candidate
• Proven experience as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of wines, vintage wines and other alcoholic beverages
• Understanding of wine service including service techniques, storage, bottle handling, glassware selection and food pairing
• Good understanding of local food & beverage regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tactfulness
• Good communication abilities in English (Arabic would be an asset)
