We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai.

Required Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, liqueurs, beer, etc. from around the world
- Ability to identify different grape varieties and regions from which they originate
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create personalized experiences for guests
- Must hold or be willing to obtain an appropriate certification (eg WSET or CMS)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice on selecting wines, beers, spirits, liqueurs etc. that will complement customers' meals and preferences
2. Suggest food pairings that will bring out the best flavor profiles in beverages served with dishes
3. Educate customers on different styles of wine and how their flavors may vary based on origin or vintage
4. Create customized beverage menus tailored towards guests’ individual tastes 5. Maintain updated inventory of wines, beers and spirits available within the establishment 6. Ensure compliance with all safety standards set out by regulatory bodies
