Position: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KD per month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, coffee brewing equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Duties:
• Prepare hot drinks such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc., according to company recipes and standards for quality assurance.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently process payments using the POS system or cash register.
• Check temperature of hot drinks; adjust machine settings as needed; maintain cleanliness of equipment before each use; clean up after each shift as required by company policies and procedures.
• Receive deliveries; stock shelves with supplies; maintain inventory; ensure freshness of ingredients used in beverages; rotate stock as needed.
• Greet customers; answer their questions about drinks, pastries, snacks, etc.; provide excellent customer service at all times with a friendly attitude towards customers no matter their preferences or requests.
