Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our business in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives in order to increase sales and market share. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a track record of success in sales, and experience leading a team. The position comes with a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and set goals and objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers easily
• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of customer relationship management software (CRM) is desired but not required
