Barista Vacancy – Zayed City, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and fun-loving team of coffee professionals.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for coffee, be willing to learn new techniques and recipes, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also be friendly and outgoing with the ability to multitask and keep up with customer demand.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to company recipes
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Stock supplies such as coffee beans, tea bags, cups, sugar etc.
• Accurately collect payments from customers
• Follow health & safety guidelines when preparing beverages
• Ensure all customer requests are met in a timely manner
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date on the latest coffee trends

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role working with specialty coffees
• Experience preparing beverages using espresso machines & grinders is preferred
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace is required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen carefully to customer requests
• Ability to multitask & work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
