Job Title: Barista
Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah
Salary: 1200 AED per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. You will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. No experience is necessary as we are willing to provide training.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, mochas, etc.
• Ensure customers receive a positive experience when visiting the store by providing friendly and attentive service.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work space throughout the shift.
• Follow all recipes and use proper portioning when preparing drinks.
• Stock and rotate supplies such as coffee beans, cups, etc. to ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace throughout shift.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, etc.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Accurately process cash/credit transactions using point of sale system.

Qualifications:
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner; must be courteous and friendly at all times
• Excellent customer service skills required; must be able to provide prompt service with a smile
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
