We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and take the lead in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef, with a proven track record of success in creating outstanding dishes.

The primary responsibility of the Chef is to prepare high quality meals for our customers. This includes developing menus, selecting ingredients, planning portions and cooking meals according to recipes, ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed and that the kitchen is kept clean and organized. The chef must be able to work well under pressure and manage their time efficiently. In addition, the Chef will be responsible for overseeing junior staff in the kitchen such as cooks and dishwashers.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes. A working knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations is essential as well as experience in managing budgets, inventory control and menu planning. Good customer service skills are also required as the Chef will be expected to work closely with other members of staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
