Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and installation services for plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This position requires a good understanding of the principles of plumbing, as well as strong problem-solving skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
• 3+ years of experience working as a plumber in a residential or commercial setting;
• A valid driver’s license;
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams;
• A comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be expected to install, repair, inspect, replace, and maintain all components of plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, drains, pumps, tanks, gas lines etc. They will also be required to respond to emergency calls promptly and diagnose any issues quickly. The individual must follow safety protocols at all times and ensure that the worksite is clean upon completion of each job.

Responsibilities:
• Install new plumbing systems according to building regulations;
• Repair broken or damaged pipes and fixtures;
• Diagnose issues related to leaking pipes or clogged drains;
• Locate blockages in pipes using specialized equipment such as CCTV cameras;
• Replace worn out fixtures like taps or shower heads;
• Make necessary adjustments on existing plumbing systems in order to improve efficiency; • Maintain records of all repairs carried out on the property; • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
