Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1600 AED/Month

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys and mapping activities. This includes but is not limited to carrying out detailed topographic, boundary and cadastral surveys, plotting the data into AutoCAD or other GIS software, and ensuring all data is accurately documented.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the requirements.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of survey equipment and instruments (GPS, Total Stations)
• Ability to use AutoCAD or other GIS software
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read maps and draw sketches accurately
• Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds and plats

Responsibilities: • Conduct field surveys and mapping activities • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, aerial photography • Collect data using GPS systems • Prepare topographic maps using CAD or GIS software • Assist with boundary disputes by researching legal documents such as deeds • Ensure all data is accurately documented
