We are currently looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible of surveying and mapping land areas as well as measuring boundaries of properties.

As a Land Surveyor, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in order to identify the best solutions for surveying issues, as well as strong communication and computer skills. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in land surveying or a related field.

The duties and responsibilities for this role include:
• Conducting studies of land boundaries and areas to determine legal boundaries
• Surveying different kind of properties using current technologies such as GIS, GPS, remote sensing etc.
• Establishing boundary lines by examining records, maps, deeds, physical evidence or aerial photographs
• Making measurements and calculations based on survey data
• Preparing detailed reports, maps and drawings that explain the results of your survey work
• Maintaining accurate records of survey work
• Monitoring changes in land use or ownership status
• Establishing right of way markers or boundary markers on the ground with the help of specialized equipment
