Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1200, and we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate should have a passion for pastry-making and a creative flair for creating unique desserts. The ideal candidate will also have extensive knowledge of ingredients and excellent organizational skills. Experience in leading a team is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Create and develop new recipes, cakes, desserts, pastries and other baked goods
• Prepare all pastry items according to recipes
• Ensure the timely preparation of all pastry items
• Prepare ingredients for the pastry kitchen
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as required
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff as needed
• Monitor food costs and portion control to ensure profitability

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Pastry Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity in designing new desserts, pastries, cakes etc.
