Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations in Abu Dhabi. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently while meeting organizational standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with supervising staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties properly and in line with company policies. You will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, addressing employee inquiries/issues, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role in the UAE is strongly preferred but we are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members
- Proven track record in problem solving and decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to remain organized and detail oriented
- Good knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite
