We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the company’s human resources policies, objectives and initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who is comfortable with making decisions, managing people and developing strategies that will benefit the organization and its employees.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as recruitment, training & development, salary & benefits administration, employee relations & compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required along with knowledge of applicable laws related to employment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve effectively are essential for this role.
