Instrument Technician vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an Instrument Technician to work in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating instruments and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical or instrumentation engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of one year of experience is required, although we are willing to consider applications from candidates with no experience.

The salary for this position is 1700AED per month. As a foreign candidate, you must have the appropriate visa and work permits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair instruments and related equipment;
• Calibrate instruments (meters, gauges) using approved procedures;
• Maintain accurate records of calibration;
• Provide technical support for instrument operations;
• Monitor instruments and take corrective action as needed;
• Monitor system performance and provide feedback to management on any irregularities;
• Update maintenance documentation;
• Assist in developing safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance/calibration role;
• Knowledge of instrumentation systems and components such as pressure switches, transducers, etc.;
• Ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters etc.;
• Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal);
