Job Title: Recruiter

Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role requires an individual who is highly motivated and has a strong track record in recruiting and hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ultimately selecting the right person for the job.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, as well as at least five years of experience in recruitment and selection. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and be organized and detail-oriented.

The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with management to understand their staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent. The recruiter must also ensure that all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
