Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The candidate must have experience in sales management, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience. We are open to considering applicants from abroad as well as local candidates, and offer a competitive salary of 1000.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales management. They should be able to demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of sales operations, from formulating strategies to managing teams. A degree in business or related field is preferred but not essential. The ability to think strategically and analytically is also an advantage, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategies for achieving sales goals and objectives. This includes setting up effective sales processes, managing customer relationships, monitoring performance metrics, creating reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will need to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while also managing teams effectively to ensure high levels of performance. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to identify new opportunities in order to increase revenue growth and profitability, as well as lead negotiations with customers.
