Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the construction of a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with knowledge and skills in engineering, architecture and project management. We are looking for a motivated, organized and team-oriented individual who can work independently and take initiative to ensure the success of each project.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed plans and schedules for assigned projects
• Supervising onsite personnel to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Monitoring progress of each project to ensure timely completion
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with contractors, engineers, architects and other parties involved in the projects
• Ensuring safety protocols are met at all times
• Managing budget requirements throughout the life of the project.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in successful construction management
• Thorough knowledge of building materials, construction methods and safety regulations
• Ability to interpret blueprints/plans accurately and provide innovative solutions as needed
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
