Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Accountant to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will also provide support to the Finance Manager and other departments in the company.

Responsibilities
• Analyze financial information to produce accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and other areas of finance.
• Prepare sales tax returns and other required filings in a timely manner.
• Analyze data to provide insights into the current state of the company’s finances.
• Assist in developing budgets and forecasts.
• Develop internal controls to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accuracy of balances.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or related field is desired but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail is a must.
