We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements in accordance with customer requests and the company’s standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in flower arrangement, preferably in a professional environment. We are also open to considering qualified foreign candidates, who have a good understanding of the local culture and traditions.

The salary for this position is 1100 QAR per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

-Designing original floral arrangements that meet customer requests

-Ensuring excellent customer service by providing helpful advice and responding to customers’ needs promptly

-Ensuring that all flowers are fresh and of high quality

-Maintaining shop displays to an attractive standard to attract customers

-Stocking up on supplies when necessary, such as flower stems, floral foam or other supplies needed for creating arrangements

Requirements:

-At least 2 years of relevant experience in flower arrangement

-Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their uses for different occasions

-Familiarity with local customs and culture is preferred but not mandatory

-Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

-A passion for working with flowers and excellent customer service skills
