Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position will involve being responsible for surveying, mapping, and managing land resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects that require accuracy and precision.

Requirements: In order to be considered for this role, candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as technical knowledge in land surveying. A Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or related field is essential. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land use is advantageous. Fluency in English is also required for this position.

Responsibilities: As Land Surveyor, the successful candidate will be required to conduct surveys of properties and land parcels using advanced technology such as GPS systems, Total Stations, Autonomous Drones, etc. This position requires the individual to assess the topography and contour lines of the properties in question while adhering to all safety protocols. Additionally, they must carry out research into various land projects such as boundary disputes, construction projects, etc., while providing accurate data collected from their surveys. Furthermore, they may be asked to prepare reports detailing their findings which may include maps or diagrams along with written information on how best to resolve any issues found during the survey process.
