Our company is looking to fill the position of Surveyor in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure land, buildings, and other structures for construction purposes. The successful candidate will need excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description:
The Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys on a wide variety of sites, including residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial property. The individual must be able to interpret plans accurately with the highest degree of accuracy and detail. A key component of this role is producing reliable survey data that can be used by architects, engineers and developers in the planning stages of construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting detailed surveys using a range of equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Preparing survey reports to be used for the design and construction process
• Estimating distances between points on site
• Verifying existing information from maps or previous surveys
• Calculating areas using trigonometry and other mathematical methods
• Preparing drawings or maps based on survey data
• Monitoring work progress against predetermined goals or budgets
• Ensuring safety standards are met at all times while on site

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in surveying/mapping
• Experience using CAD systems such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
• Knowledge of land surveying laws, regulations, principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical information clearly
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
