Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1600 SAR per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience and be able to evaluate and prepare land surveys in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to read maps and plans accurately. They will need to have good communication skills for working with clients, partners, engineers, architects, governments, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of property boundaries and terrain features using total station equipment
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of survey results
• Calculate angles and distances between points to determine positions of boundaries
• Identify any obvious discrepancies between properties or features being surveyed
• Investigate records such as deeds or plat maps to determine property lines or other features being surveyed
• Interpret aerial photography taken during survey projects
• Establish fixed points with the use of ground penetrating radar (GPR) or GPS receivers

Requirements:
• Degree in surveying or related field (preferred)
• Minimal work experience in land surveying (preferred)
• Ability to read maps/plans accurately
• Knowledge of GPS receivers & GPR systems (preferred)
