Job Description

We are currently looking for a Chemist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing chemical analyses on various materials, interpreting results, and reporting findings to management. The position requires an analytical and organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing, modifying, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations;
• Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and environmental samples;
• Providing accurate data recording of all activities related to the laboratory;
• Evaluating laboratory data, verifying results accuracy;
• Investigating chemical test anomalies or out-of-specification results;
• Maintaining laboratory equipment in proper working condition;
• Assisting in development of new methods for testing;
• Communicating with technical staff regarding test procedures or results.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field;
• Experience in a similar role preferred;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
