We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The goal of this role is to manage the merchandising activities of our company. This includes ensuring that products are sourced, stocked, and displayed effectively to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and the sales team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of pricing strategies and be able to create effective store displays that maximize sales. The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:
- Source suitable merchandise for stores based on customer demand and research into trends in the market
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing strategies
- Develop product displays and promotional campaigns that maximize sales opportunities
- Monitor stock levels at stores and take appropriate action when needed
- Track sales performance of products across various stores in order to identify successful strategies or areas for improvement
- Provide feedback on customer preferences in order to inform future product selection decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in merchandising or related field
- Proven track record of managing successful product displays and promotions
- Proficient knowledge of pricing strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working quickly
