Cashier (Dubai, UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all cash transactions and providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:
• Process payments accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Count money, check cash drawer for accuracy, and make change as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.
• Stock shelves with merchandise when necessary.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with computers and technology (e.g., scanners, POS systems).
• Proficient in basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying).
• Ability to multitask effectively while remaining organized and attentive to details.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language (Arabic is a plus).
