We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion and ensuring successful delivery of the project while managing the budget, timeline, and resources. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Job Description:
• Manage all phases of projects from scoping to planning, executing, controlling, reporting and closing.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting and reporting on variances.
• Monitor progress against project plan and take corrective action when needed.
• Monitor resources including material, labor and subcontractors to ensure efficient utilization.
• Identify risks associated with the project and develop mitigation plans where necessary.
• Develop communication plans for team members at various levels in the organization.
• Ensure all stakeholders are properly informed about project status on a regular basis
• Provide leadership to the project team by setting expectations, motivating employees and resolving conflicts when necessary.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of PMP methodology is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is 1600 per month depending on experience. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position as well.
