Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes overseeing staff, taking care of customer service, managing the kitchen and bar, making sure health and safety regulations are followed, creating menus and specials, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. The Manager will also be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, managing inventory, dealing with customer complaints or issues, setting budgets for restaurant operations, and managing marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of local language is preferred but not required
