Restaurant Manager - 1400 AED/month - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing a restaurant and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and improve profitability.
• Train, motivate, and manage staff.
• Monitor all operational practices within the restaurant including stock control, hygiene, health & safety, etc.
• Ensure quality of food and service is maintained at a high standard.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant such as invoicing, ordering supplies, tracking expenses etc.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust restaurant operations accordingly.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and negotiate prices.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not essential
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role for at least 2 years
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate employees • Knowledge of restaurant management software (ePOS) preferred • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays • Fluent English is essential (Arabic is an advantage) • Must be eligible to work in Dubai
