Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the field of Optometry, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This position offers a salary of 1500, and we are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

As an Optometrist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye exams for our patients. This includes assessing the patient’s general health, checking their vision with different tests, determining the correct eyeglass lenses or contact lens prescriptions if needed, and providing advice on eye care maintenance. You will also be responsible for dispensing eyewear products according to the patient’s needs.

Skills Required

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic; knowledge of ophthalmic equipment; a good understanding of optometric concepts; experience with contact lenses fitting; the ability to diagnose common eye diseases like glaucoma; strong problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; a friendly customer service approach; computer literacy; good record-keeping abilities; and a valid professional license in Kuwait (if applicable).
