Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of merchandising principles, be able to work with a wide range of products, and be up-to-date on current fashion trends.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing merchandising strategies in order to maximize sales and profits
• Assessing customer’s needs and buying trends in order to select appropriate products for the store
• Analyzing sales figures in order to plan promotional activities, such as discounts or special offers
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely arrival of new stock
• Maintaining displays and ensuring all products are well presented
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new items when required
• Assisting customers with product selection when necessary
• Staying up-to-date on current fashion trends.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of product merchandising principles
• Ability to interpret customer feedback effectively and make changes accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date on current fashion trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Fashion Merchandising preferred

Salary: 1700 AED
