Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be passionate about coffee, tea, and other beverages, and have a strong knowledge of brewing techniques. They should also have the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve all types of drinks including coffee, tea, frappes, smoothies, etc.
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by providing friendly service with a smile.
• Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and the equipment used for making coffee/tea/other drinks.
• Stock shelves with ingredients as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed while preparing drinks.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about brewing techniques such as espresso extraction or filter methods for various types of beverages.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure is essential.
• Team player with excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language is preferred but not mandatory

Salary: 1500 AED per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
