Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team in our busy cafe in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for serving delicious coffees to our customers. You will also be required to interact with customers and ensure that all orders are served in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas etc.
- Interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Upsell items to customers
- Take orders from customers accurately
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, other equipment and supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area

Qualifications & Skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Must be able to take initiative when needed
- Must have basic understanding of coffee making techniques
- Should be able to handle stressful situations in a calm manner
- Should be able to work on your own or as part of a team

Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive salary of 1600 AED per month with benefits including free meals when on duty, discounts on products of the cafe. The position offers opportunity for career growth within the organisation.
