We are looking for an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We are offering a salary of 1100 KD per month and we are open to consider a foreign candidate.

The ideal candidate must have great customer service skills, the ability to work in an organized manner, and a passion for making great coffee. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, engaging with customers, explaining menu items, taking orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness of the café area, stocking supplies, and following company standards. They must also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers.

The Barista should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have experience as a barista or in food service; however we will consider candidates with no prior experience if they demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for the role.
