Web Developer, Umm-al-Qaiwain

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, websites, and other web-related software. The position requires an individual with excellent coding skills, problem solving abilities, and a strong understanding of web development technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Designing user interactions on web pages
• Developing back-end website applications
• Creating servers and databases for website functionality
• Testing the website and identifying any technical problems
• Troubleshooting content issues on the site
• Upgrading the website with new features and security patches
• Writing well designed, testable code using best software development practices
• Updating existing software to ensure optimum performance
• Working closely with web designers to match visual design intent
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Experience with server-side frameworks such as Laravel or Node.js
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
