Khalifah A City is looking for a motivated and dependable Surveyor to join our team. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, preparing charts, maps, and reports of land and water areas. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

We are open to considering a qualified immigrant for this position. The salary for this role is 1500 per month. No prior experience is required; however, preference will be given to applicants with relevant qualifications or experience in the field.

The main responsibilities of the Surveyor include:

• Conducting surveys using modern tools and equipment such as total station instrumentation

• Preparing charts, maps, sketches, plans, drawings and reports of land/water area

• Examining legal documents such as deeds, titles or other documents to determine boundary lines

• Calculating areas of land/water bodies and distances between points accurately

• Meeting with clients to discuss survey needs

• Maintaining survey records and equipment in an organized manner

The successful candidate should possess:

• Knowledge of surveying principles and methods

• Ability to read drawings accurately and interpret data from technical manuals

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
